To Name encode.

- Double click the .RAR file
- Select the folder in the .RAR file
- Select Options -> Name Encoding (CTRL+E) -> 932 ANSI/OEM Japanis
- Extract the file
- Now the game works

1) open cmd with admin privileges
2) change to whatever directory 7zip is installed to.

3) extract the .zip, make sure to specify the correct file path
