The game is made with Ren'Py, the models and animations are made with Koikatsu. They can look very good if the person making them is willing to put in time and effort.

The game is very good. The MC is very good.
IMO could be a perfect game to explore the pregnancy fetish if the devs keep the game in not too many characters and explore the dominant MC part.
