VN - Unity - Completed - Chara Dungeon [v1.01] [kk2oven]

Theres just no real story to this one which makes it purely a grind game, the problem is the rewards arent really worth it, you can click a girl one time each day to get a single image and thats about it, alot of the same like multiple BJs or just a topless or nude picture and so on, 90% of the "scenes" dosent have dialogs so its no diffrent then picking up a nude anime magazine to look in and to me thats just dosent do anything.

Images are good quality so they look nice enough its just to bland.

Dungeon is boring and a grind, cheats dosent really help much other then letting to explore faster which is also pointless since the crystals you collect wont matter after a few runs since the girl only goes up to lvl 6 and no other use for them, so again it just feels to bland and pointless, all you do is click one of 3 arrows and it can lead to an image where some makes you lose energy others take you to a "fight" where you just have to click at the right time to stop a moving pin in the right spot, no other mini games or anything so it gets boring fast and you will see alot of the same images in dungeon as well.

Girls look nice and theres a good diversity in builds but everything else is just meh.

TL;DR - It's mid, but there are worse ways to kill an hour or two.

Positives:
-Core gameplay loop is fun, if a bit simplistic. As you upgrade your stats, the randomness decreases and it becomes more engaging.
-A bunch of characters, the vast majority of which have a dozen or more CGs.


Neutral:
-The art is AI. It looks fine, but it's something you should know about going in as some people don't want to support that kind of thing.

Negatives:
-VERY grindy with an extremely slow early game.
-A good chunk of characters and their events are locked behind losing all your health in the dungeon multiple times, which becomes a rarity once you get upgraded (unless you specifically tank a run).
-Each character has about half their CGs locked behind a paywall, though you can easily find the code online to unlock it. I personally don't think that it's ok to paywall AI-generated images like that, especially for a game as basic as this one.
-The optimization is ass. I experienced a ton of stutters and dropped framerates despite playing on a powerful PC.

Give it a shot if it looks interesting to you, skip it if it doesn't. There's better AVGs out there.
